Wushu, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay-Thai and Kickboxing are the forms of martial arts, students are being trained for in MBSA.

Taekwondo

It is a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. The emphasis on speed and agility is a defining characteristic of taekwondo.

Boxing

It is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves, throw punches at each other for a predetermined set of time in a boxing ring.

Muay Thai or Thai boxing

It is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

Kickboxing

It is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate and Muay Thai. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

Wushu or Kungfu

It is a martial art and a full-contact sport. Competitive wushu is composed of two disciplines: taolu and sanda. Here at MBSA we basically teach Taolu. This form comprises basic movements of stances, kicks, punches, balances, jumps, sweeps, and throws.

Apart from these martial art forms self defence and athletic training is also given :

Above mentioned are the visible skills for which parents enroll their children in MBSA , but there goes on a virtual learning at par with mainstream courses.

  • After training for six months you may find your child is much more confident than before and has no hesitation in presenting himself or striking up conversation even with strangers.
  • Trained children will be able to choose the right diet and daily activities instead of stuffing themselves with junk food and spoilling their way to success with lethargic activities.
  • Martial art training will inculcate the habit of teamwork thus enhancing the productivity of your child socially.
  • Self discipline is another aspect on which martial art leaves an impact.
  • Martial arts training trains your child's brain to focus for a longer period of time, thus helping them rule out any kind of distraction.
